Al Reef District Cooling Scheme
 Al Reef scheme will be developed to supply the chilled water requirement  for A/C demand  to connect 47 Commercial residential Buildings G+5 of 263,542  m2 GFA. It is situated  Near Abu Dhabi International Airport and completion date is Dec 2009

Building Material City(BMC)  District Cooling Scheme:
BMC scheme will  service Manazel current projects (Phase 1)  which consist of a Shopping  Mall and 4 towers, situated in Mohammed Bin  Zayed City in Abu Dhabi. Its completion date is  June 2009. The second phase is proposed for 13 office buildings, 32 commercial residential buildings  and one hotel. This project covers an area of 230,000 m2.
