Al Reef District Cooling Scheme
 Al Reef scheme will be developed to supply the chilled water requirement  for A/C demand  to connect 47 Commercial residential Buildings G+5 of 263,542  m2 GFA. It is situated  Near Abu Dhabi International Airport and completed in Dec 2009.The District Cooling Plant is scheduled to be operational by the 3rd quarter of 2010.

Building Material City(BMC)  District Cooling Scheme:
BMC scheme will  service Manazel current projects (Phase 1)  which consist of a Shopping  Mall and 4 towers, situated in Mohammed Bin  Zayed City in Abu Dhabi. The second phase is proposed for 13 office buildings, 32 commercial residential buildings  and one hotel. This project covers an area of 230,000 m2.The District Cooling Plant is scheduled to be operational by the 2nd half of  2010.
