Mohammed Muhanna Buti Al Qubaisi

Mohammed Al Qubaisi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Salem West Virginia University in the USA. He has over 18 years of experience in investment, finance and management, and joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in 1991 as an investment analyst. Later on, he held two top positions in the Abu Dhabi Government - Assistant Director General of Financial & Administrative Affairs Sector of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Director General of the Department of Planning & Economy Abu Dhabi.

Mr. Al Qubaisi is the founder of Manazel Real Estate, and is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Securities Market and of the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pension & Benefits Fund and member of the Joint USA-UAE Free Trade Agreement Committee. He has held other important positions including member of the Founding Board of Directors of the Sheikh Khalifa Program for the support and development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (Bedaya).

Saeed Al Meqbali

Saeed   holds a Bachelor of HR Management and Master degree (MBA) from Portsmouth University in England. He started his career in 1987, where he was The Designated Manager of H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s Private office, he then started his own group of companies (Bin Mirshid Group) and later became head of the Land Division at the Private Department of H.H. the President Of The U.A.E. and an Administrative Manager at the Presidential Courts where he got promoted to Deputy Minister in Local Administrative Affairs at the Ministry Of Presidential Affairs. During that time, he established the Private Department of H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan (GM) and founded the United Group Holdings (CEO). A merger of all companies owned by Al Meqbali has recently formed a unity to manage Capital and Investments under DAS Holdings where he was designated Deputy CEO.

Saeed Is a UAE entrepreneur with a golden touch., he has demonstrated his entrepreneurial acumen in an array of fields including investment trade and real estate. He lends hands-on expertise to the business conglomerate as Vice Chairman of United Cool. He has a sharp understanding of local and global markets and in-depth insight into the functioning of economies.

Khaled Abdulla Mohamed Al Mass

Khalid Al Mass holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the US.

He has an enormous board member expertise in finance that spans 16 years, during which he established a number of companies in various sectors, and contributed in shaping their administrative structure  and Steering the Group’s growth through far-sighted vision and innovation.

 He also held top level management positions in public, semi-public and private sectors, Khaled is corporate leader and was instrumental in the Formation of Manazel Real estate. He  is Vice Chairman of Manazel and an active board member of several prestigious organizations, finance, industrial, medical and investment sectors.

Jamal Jarwan Al Shamsi

Jamal  is the Chief Executive Officer of United Cool . Jamal holds a Bachelor of Science, Major in Business Management from U.S.A and Master Degree (MBA)  from Sharjah University.

Jamal has over 13 years experience in District Cooling, Real Estate Investment  and Projects Management. Jamal is one of the pioneers in introducing  the concept of district cooling into the UAE and GCC market in the form of utility business. He has enormous expertise in identifying, developing  and the execution of district cooling utility schemes.

Jamal  has been active in the International District Energy Association, speaking at various conferences and has received several international awards and is a member in The International District Energy Association Westborough, MA, USA.
